Staff very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, after considerable expense the treatments were ineffective. Part of the contract was there was no guarantee of success. I faxed them with my concerns and would have expected some sort of followup but have received nothing. I was fortunate to have good insurance to cover most of the outrageous cost. A response to my concerns would have been appreciated even if nothing further could be done. So, front end very good; back end not so much.
