Re/max Gold Realty has a Sales Representative Varun Mehra, who took on a building project and fled with my project money. He did only 10% of work, in which i paid him 80% in advance for the total project.

HAS NO FIXED ADDRESS, NO UNIT, NO SECRETARY
Varun operates his business through his car.

The most appalling thing is that the Broker Gordy Khuman and his sons who are Mangers are FULLY AWARE of what Varun Mehra has done. It has been brought to their attention, and they put a blind eye to his actions.

If you are know and are aware of your real estate sales persons actions in the public, why would you condone such behaviour and have him work for your company.

After this review was posted, I got a letter from Varun Mehra attorney saying i am defaming and to take review down. I told his lawyer that review will stay, and its not defaming if statements are 100% true and that Varun Mehra ran away with the construction money.

Facts: His construction company has no fixed address, just cell and email.

Facts: If you hire him as your realtor, ask to see his sales. A full Time agent will have sales. He is not a full time agent as he does construction on side, and he is not even a part time agent. He is a con artist with a ghost company and a realtors license with no sales.

Again folks, if your company or employer is aware of your fraud with public, and you don't take appropriate measures, your complicit and just as bad. A real estate company deals with public daily, and peoples life savings, only to have them be robbed from their representative Varun Mehra.
I truly feel so sorry for Varun Mehra wife and children, as he has to rob the innocent public of their saving to feed and shelter his family. Who does that, and how he sleeps?
