Lousy real estate broker. He has no zeal for buyers. I recently spent all my documents to buy a property in cash for the price offered and after insisting that I sign the contract paying 50% without the proper documents from the seller and the property, which I refused, sold the property to someone else. I prefer to lose the property and my time than to lose money.
