This is not a good company to work for. They are not 100% forthcoming with information in terms of raises, advancement opportunities, benefits etc. I worked there for almost 2 years and never met my supervisor s boss (the PM) but, I was put on many group calls where she berated and belittled employees for things that the supervisor was doing (I can only assume the supervisor was CYA in case others complained) not once did our supervisor s boss ever ask any of the employees if there were any validity to these claims. There was a lot of harassment and bullying going on and when others tried to talk to the supervisors boss about it their email got sent to that supervisor telling them they need to tell their people to use chain of command and get their people in line. Employees were afraid to go to HR for fear of retaliation after this instance. I have never worked for a company so unprofessional that allows PMs and Supervisors to bully employees.
