In fact, they don't have any customer service, AT ALL...try calling them to set up your install from your Home Depot carpet purchase....HA HA HA that is the biggest laugh of all times...ON HOLD FOR OVER 3 HOURS ON 3 SEPARATE ATTEMPTS TO SCHEDULE and still NO ANSWER,JUST ...THEY DON'T ANSWER, JUST TELL YOU TO HOLD AND THEY WILL BE RIGHT BACK WITH YOU...THEY ALSO SEND YOU EMAILS AND THE EMAILS DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSES! I'M GOING to call HD and see if they have an ACTUAL company with humans who can install my carpet...It's been a MONTH...
