Office Management in this location is horrendous. Appointment was scheduled for November 6, I received a notification today that they had entered my appointment time in for October 30th. This appointment would have been impossible for me to make\keep due to work obligations I had in place prior to the initial visit. Their office management stated that missing the appointment was a mandatory $50 fee per company policy and that there was nothing they could do to correct it. This was not a missed appointment, this was a scheduling error on their part. It's a shame because the Doctor was amazing.
