We came to Wyte Fort (4 people) and charged half for 5 year old son too, for a dinner buffet on the 22 nd of October. We usually try different places through the net. If you look at the your site, the buffet restaurant is shown as a grand one. That day when we came, we were asked to go inside a room that was in the basement. The room looked really stupid like a normal roadside hotel. The ambience was almost nil. If we wanted to go to a normal hotel, we could have easily done with the price of buffet half of what we paid at your hotel. The reason for choosing star hotels is expecting a good ambience and a beautiful display of food.
If there was a function going on in the regular place where you provide buffet, you should have a better arrangement for providing food rather than at the basement.
It would also be good if you can teach the staff to have a good smile for the customers coming in to feel more welcome.
