Done. Breaking up with MD forever. From a service perspective, I have literally never had a good experience with these people. They are home of the 4-6 hour oil change - not sure why it takes them that long. They will also sell you a vehicle with nitrogen in the tires for $100 and then add air to the tire, rendering the nitrogen useless. I hope you have wheel insurance, because when they rotate your wheels, you are likely to have clamp marks/scratches from where they removed your wheel. Which leads to yet another trip to the dealership for an all-day-ordeal. When they sent me an email about my 60,000 mile service, I text my Service Advisor and asked him what all is done. He responded back about my 4X4 maintenance. When I told I do not have a 4X4 and he doubted me...he didn't believe me even though he was there the day I bought the vehicle and I am the person who drives it, but hey, being that I am a woman, I probably do not know if I have a 4X4 or not? We scheduled our 60,000 mile service with Eddie (even though Stewart -last name- claims they do not schedule appointments -some service advisor-) and when we showed up what does Eddie say? "What are you here for, an oil change?" The most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with in my life. When we started to get frustrated with Eddie, he laughed at us and informed us "it's a new day, Girl." Well, Boy it feels a lot like yesterday. So we won't be coming back.
