The worst service! I dropped car at 8.20am for a r...

The worst service! I dropped car at 8.20am for a regular oil change and tire rotation, I have been promised that car will be ready in 2 hours, but when I called it wasn't ready, I came at 1pm to pick up, still not ready, I took it without service.
