I had a long standing issue with my cable service (nine months!) which remained despite technician after technician assuring me it was fixed. I ended up in the "virtual loop" of customer service-all phone numbers led to the same national office halfway across the country which placed me back into the "virtual loop". Even the corporate office directed me to the same number! I went online to the BBB website and lodged a complaint. Within three days I had cable people swarming all over to find my problem. It got results, and the BBB checked back with me to assure things were addressed. Highly recommend turning to the BBB when one cannot get results otherwise.
