B. Smulders Review of Carl Denig BV
Carl Denig was an outdoor sports shop with an eye ...
Carl Denig was an outdoor sports shop with an eye for quality and making its own tents. Unfortunately, the service that Carl Denig claims to have as one of the main outdoor sports affairs where it is a matter of the customer recognizing the need for customer friendliness, personal contact and service is of secondary importance. Regular Customers who have liked to come to Carl Denig for more than thirty years to, for example, purchase home-made Carl Denig Plutoniel, lose contact with Carl Denig as it was at the time, due to the fact that professionalism, knowledge and therefore customer-friendliness and service is no longer a distinguishing factor for Carl Denig's market forces. Customers are lured in with a 20% discount code obtained by a survey, which then when it suits Carl Denig with no explicit condition visibly must not use it on products of which Carl Denig then suffers a potential loss. Then you get a cancellation without mercy, without any contact a nice prospect with a new tent on holiday is drilled through your nose. Carl Denig is then too lousy to answer your e-mails and leaves the customer duped without any kind of leniency or solution to correct their own mistakes. Also the promised direct refund is not an issue, because Carl Denig has to pay commission because of a discount code, it becomes too expensive and they come up with a market-based story with which Carl Denig himself started to use as a sales strategy and to beat the customer around the ears when it suits them. Customers are then made to feel guilty that due to the cancellation they are too late to order the last tent. This was the last straw, thanks for the rigid attitude after being a loyal customer for thirty years, we have nothing left to shop at Bever with the correct warranty conditions!
