Bunq apparently converted the free accounts to paid accounts. They will email this to you and you will not be able to pop it up in the app.
If I indicate that I have not seen this email and therefore have not agreed to a paid account, the answer is: sorry you pay and then you can close your account.

They do not know customer-friendliness, hope that many more customers will join me. This is not a way of doing business.
