The owner completely ignored my requests and our DJ ignored several of our requests as well. I even had to argue with the owner about what side of the stage the bride traditionally stands on, as he did not seem to know. I constantly felt like I was not being listened to. I gave the DJ a wedding mix that I carefully had made to play during the dinner and he didn't play it. They had us use their mics for our wedding, which kept feeding back during the ceremony. The DJ did do an excellent job with music selection though and kept everybody dancing once we made it to the dance, so I'll give 3 stars for that, but communication was very frustrating and there were a lot of mic issues. They should have, at some point, done a decent mic test, so we did have to wrestle with the microphone during our vows, etc. They did manage to fix the mics by the time we got to toasts, thankfully.
