I just moved here, and this place looks super cute...

I just moved here, and this place looks super cute, so I made an appointment for a shellac manicure and a pedicure about a week in advance, since classes start this coming week for me. I showed up this morning only to be informed that my appointment was actually scheduled for Sept. 8. I know that I made the appointment for today (August 18) because I wanted it done before school started, so someone on their end must have been looking at the wrong day on the calendar when they booked it. Instead of trying to make it up to me by trying to squeeze me in later or whatnot, the person at the desk just told me that they were full for the next few days, and she was sorry. What!? If someone is a first time customer and you book them for the complete wrong date, you should really try to give them an incentive to come back. I'm really disappointed, because the salon looks so great, but I don't think I want to be a regular customer at a place that treats new clients like this.
