Before I complete this section, I want it made VERY clear that my statement and ratings have NOTHING to do with the gentlemen, Johnny, I think his name was, that checked me in and kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. He was very polite and apologetic about the amount of time I was having to wait for my vehicle. If it wasn't for his kind and gentle demeanor, I would have "blown my top" and someone would have seen my not so nice side. My rating as indicated in on this survey for willingness to return is solely due to the fact that I have paid for the extended warranty which covers free oil changes and inspections. Otherwise, I would not be back and take note that I will never purchase that kind of warranty again.

I was extremely frustrated with the amount of time it took to get my vehicle serviced. I took it in to get it inspected and to have a tire re-checked for losing pressure which I had ALREADY paid for and waited to have taken care of when I took it in a few weeks prior for an oil change. (I paid for a plug when it actually ended up being a bad valve stem seal.) If it was diagnosed correctly the first time I wouldn't have had to wait the extra time for it to be taken care of a second time. I was quoted an hour to hour and half and over 3 hours later I was finally able to leave with my vehicle. I elected to wait since I was told only an hour to hour and a half. I made the appointment in advance and felt like a hostage having to wait so long.

My car was taken in to have a free service done--inspected (free because of my warranty). However, it ended up costing me right at $80. I was charged to have the valve stem replaced even though it was miss diagnosed and not taken care of when it was brought in the first time and I had to pay for new windshield wipers because the others "were torn" and would not pass inspection. I was never offered to see the windshield wipers before they were replaced and had not had any issues with them not clearing my windshield nor noticed any tears in them. The only one I was aware of that had a small tear was the rear wiper and that one WAS NOT CHANGED OUT. As a female, I already feel very vulnerable to being taken advantage of when it comes to getting my vehicle serviced, and the service I recently received makes it a reality.
