First it was a five star true to its name. Very beautiful swimming pool and connectivity to Varca beach was the highlight. We had pool facing deluxe room and the balcony on the ground floor connected to the pool. We were traveling with our 5 month old and what did trouble us was no lift for the daily up and down. The paths are not stroller friendly. And we did have a problem with the bfst and dinner buffets regarding which i had a word with the chef and he was very receptive. Also the room was located beautifully but was rather small with old fittings and the door handle to our rooms was slightly broken. The checkin was smooth bit checkout was tedious and i had to carry the bags myself (with 1 bellboy) as most staff was was busy with a wedding checkin. All in all a satisfactory stay but could have been better. Live music at buffets was excellent. Island pool bar was perfect. Do buy buffet coupons at checkin for amazing discount
