This is a so, so welding shop at best. Never met anyone that had a good long lasting experience with them. I would rate them 0 on any scale. Lack of experience is really really present. Can barely refurbish units or install them. Your project loses value if you had any work done by them. They list only a few recent projects, none of the projects (most of the projects are not efficient, have defects, units DO NOT perform as planned). If you're in the market to lose money or be out of business Norcan without even trying will do that. Stay away, parts from China, no good designs, bad bad bad installations, poor quality. You will make more money doing nothing!!!! And save all the headaches.

You had plenty of time to fix problems at my sites. Insurance companies and banks do not agree to have you try to even fix it now. I am no competitor of yours!! We made the mistake of wanting to save money, but it actually made everything go wrong. We all agreed not to use any Norcan parts, any Norcan sub contractors, basically now we make sure that the turbine manufacturer or distributor that we use and will use have never been affiliated with you. I wrote this review to help any producer to not fall or expect quality at a good price. The amount of money lost is more than the actual cost of supplying new units. You mention CFD, is it a joke? You know when you enter in a computer garbage it will spit garbage. That expression really applies here. I could go on and on about all the problems also I found that others had with you also. But I'll stick to my problems and my opinion. We've been in the hydro business long before you guys even started and I can honestly say that Norcan is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. We now only use well known companies that have the experience and a real track record of being the best at what they do.
