The Center for Research and Development in Food Cryotechnology (CIDCA) is an organization created by agreement dated February 10, 1973 between the National University of La Plata, the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) and the Commission of Investigations Scientists of the Province of Buenos Aires (CIC).
It is constituted by a multidisciplinary group of technological scientific research dedicated, fundamentally, to the study of food processing and conservation conditions. It works within one of the UNLP properties.
