Stayed here for a week on the 18th floor while I had training at work.

Pros:
-convenient location
-comfy beds
-nice view of SF from glass elevators
-option to decline housekeeping for bonus SPG points

Cons:
-1st service staff I spoke with over the phone wasn't very friendly
-thin walls
-no special amenities for gold members
