The system and installation was perfect. It's the poor customer service after the fact. We had to be home for a tech to come get the serial numbers from the new systems. He was 2 hours late. Why they didn't get that when the install was done, I'll never know. Then, one month later, a1 air coordinated our inspection for a 8am to 12noon window. At 12:15, still no call or inspector. I took the morning off work, again, to be here. Still no show. When I called a1 air, the customer service rep immediately said it wasn't in their control...a1 air set the time, so, yes...it is their doing and planning that I once again had to take time off work. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
