When you are the father of a teenage girl, it becomes very difficult to meet and bond in a place where the two of you are equally interested in that activity. She wants to be with her friends, and you want her with you. Time is short and before you know it, they're gone. Crossfit Prime has provided the "place" where no one or nothing else matters except what each of us is about to accomplish together or individually at "that" moment. Life is not necessarily measured in time but in moments, and the moments with my daughter at Crossfit Prime are in my heart forever. I love this gym!
