RMIS customer service is exceptional , i had the pleasure of speaking with Lee Bowen and this gentlemen is a river of knowledge , he quickly sent me links to access my account update my W9 and told me exactly what i need from my insurance agent. I got a follow up email from him in less than 15 mins letting me know he has received all the correct information and just waiting for everything to get processed. Wonderful gentleman great experience. keep it up guys.
