The restaurant is beautiful with stunning appointments and views. The service was great. Oh...The food :) ... The Grand Seafood Platter was delicious. Portions of lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters and clams served on a bed of ice ($79). It was a fine appetizer for my wife, mother-in-law and myself. I'm old school about eating oysters in July so I was surprised how delicious they were . I mentioned to the waiter about "oysters in the summer months" and he said "even in July." Lol. At first they served a little thimble sized (1 oz. ?) of what we agreed was some kind of cold soup and a little, maybe 4 oz. serving of a chocolate mousse for dessert. Okay, now the bad. I LOVE a good steak. And when I saw "The King" broiled beef tenderloin ,( + 10 oz. , $ 69). I knew that would probably be enough for me and my guests to share. The ladies were almost full with the Seafood Platter. I ordered it medium rare. It came out borderline medium. We eat at Ruth's Chris's in Scottsdale when I want a great piece of beef. The filet we had was not in the same league. What we had at the Eiffel was somewhat dry and overdone. I should have probably ordered the ribeye. And no, I didn't send it back. I'm sure they would have got it right the second time, but it messes up the meal IMO.
UPDATE: They actually care what diners think about their dining experience! I received a reply from them saying they would try to make the next visit more to our liking. It wasn't exactly a $100 gift card but the reply was good enough for us to go back!
