I've just been to asda chelmsley wood superstore to pick up my click/collect when I arrived it wasn't working and notice said go to service desk which I did not want to do as I DIDNT want to go into shop that's the reason I had click and collect but I had no choice, once I had told someone I choose to wait outside for my order as there is NO SOCIAL DISTANCE INSIDE SHOP AT ALL!! And not alot of people wearing masks ! I felt vulnerable as I have underlying illness, after 10 minutes of waiting around people with no masks I finally get my shopping, i felt like asda did not care about anyones safely at all, they do not care about social distances even though higher levels of virus in Birmingham are on the rise ! ASDA needs to get there act together and realise people like me are vunerable and make sure in every asda shop to get bad to SOCIAL DISTANCE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF SHOP AND TO WEAR MASKS !!!!
