My card information was stolen and someone ordered...

My card information was stolen and someone ordered something from this company online and I noticed and called them up to see if they would cancel the order (that happened 3 days ago) so its not shipped out yet. (they wouldnt loose anything) they wouldnt even look it up I gave the amount $140.09 purchased on 1/16-1/18 gave my last 4 of the card number. Nope, they cant do anything. - they told me to take it up with my bank. which I did and they told me to reach out to them see if they can cancel anything that hasnt been shipped etc.
