Been here a few times and would recommend it for the quality of food and service staff is on it and follow the Restaurant Rule of 3: Acknowledge the Customer; Hot Food (when it's cooked, duh); and Follow Up Service. My only complain would be that it's expensive, but hey, welcome to Del Mar!
