1. Tub clogged, called three time over two day per...

1. Tub clogged, called three time over two day period and finally someone responded after the last call.
2. Air filter in AC completely broken and filthy letting in everything from outside.
3. When we got to the room there was a big bottle of cleaner on the counter with dirty rags (child safe...)
4. No toilet paper
5. Two burnt out bulbs
6. Base board filthy
7. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesn't do anything and sounds/looks like it's from the 50's
8. INTERNET doesn't work. Called the assistance line, no help
9. Tear in couch, end tables are all torn up.
10. OPEN BREAKERS ON BOTTOM OF WALL UPON ARRIVAL. Called someone immediately because we have kiddos here but what if someone else didn't notice?
Never staying here again... unprofessional front lobby staff.
