I just called and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He was not able to provide me with what I needed, but instead of just ending the call, he continued to ask me several questions and explain all my options. I really liked that even though he was not making any money, he was taking the time to help me solve my problem. If I do need computer repair, this is where I would go!!!
