Had a false alarm charge for $226, ADT called me and my wife from an UNKNOWN/PRIVATE number which we don't answer. They sent the police to our house, after speaking to them on the phone explaining we don't answer PRIVATE or UNKNOWN number they said its impossible as their number always shows. Agency & Monitoring Support called me 33 days after the incident saying that they can't reverse the charge and that I should start answering PRIVATE calls at 10:30pm at night. The guy on the phone (Stephen) had a severe attitude problem as well. I have recommended ADT so many times but that all stops now. After 6 years as a customer I will take my business elsewhere to the monitoring center which has the same monitoring if not better for 10 bucks a month. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment and attitude of these people, who do these people they think they are? check out their glorious reviews across the internet. Got a safe by hub6 instead and cut the cord, i do my own monitoring now
