I believe this is a must-see destination for the island of Oahu. I don't recommend the bus tour package because it doesn't give you enough time to see each of the island exhibits. The food trucks were great, we had a teriyaki beef entree that was fantastic. The exhibits and performances were very well done and the final performance really put the exclamation point on the evening. The luau food was not impressive nor should you expect alcohol: the Center is run by the Mormon church. But that's the only drawback. Drive yourself over and hit the Dole Plantation for some Dole Whip and do the maze and ride the train and you'll have a whole day.
