Tri-Tronics (TAV) came out to our church and we to...

Tri-Tronics (TAV) came out to our church and we told them all we wanted to do and listened to their suggestions for an even further upgrade, to which our church agreed to and the cost was $$$. It had been 20 plus year since our audio-visual system was originally installed. We asked and were told an approximate date for the installation.
After about two weeks past the told installation date it took numerous attempts to get an answer as to when they would install the system - after all they had half the total payment. Finally the boss was called and we had an email/text answer. They were were still waiting for the product to be made - after two months the order.
Finally they come and it took them longer than we expected it to take, comparing this installation to the first one they did 20 years earlier. As they put stuff out we asked were the two monitors for the pulpit area were - they were not included and yes we missed them we when received our part of the work order that was pages long and included names of parts we did not understand, We trusted everything that was discussed to be done was included. Plus, they installed a new nursery monitor and it did not have a volume switch on it - it is for the nursery where babies sleep. So the lead installer said call the office, they can add the monitors and will switch the nursery speaker. We made the call.
However, the person we originally spoke to said sorry that was the only type of nursery speaker they had, (no volume control switch) whereas the installer said the TAV had ordered the wrong ones and were stuck with them and they had to get rid of them. The boss claimed they did not have ones with volume switches.
Concerning our pulpit monitors, which are old and outdated looking and why we wanted new ones so they would match the new speakers, the ones the boss man forget to add on to the work order. TAV refused to take any responsibility for their mistake even though they were pointed out as needing to be included as a part of the installation. We were told if we wanted them we would have to pay full price for them and the installation. I was taught to work with and give the customer what they wanted, especially if we made the mistake. They refused to take anything off for their mistake and we already paid them a very hefty price for the work and product. $$$
It may be another 20 years before we need to upgrade or add something but it will NOT be through TAV. We feel lied to and taken advantage of. One person says this and another says that and then they went back on the word. Extremely not happy.
