I worked with Derek Oh on trading a leased vehicle that expired. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. He is straightforward in terms of what he can do for you and does not mislead you in anyway. He is also not pushy like other salesmen and is very easy to work with. He s extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He even delivered the car himself all the way from Dallas to Houston. I would definitely continue working with him in the future when this lease is up.
