This company is the worst company for customer service in the entire country. I cannot even begin to tell you about all of the very bizarre stories of dealing with them. I have spent as much as 3 hours waiting for someone to answer my calls. My phone ran out of minutes last time while I was waiting for them to answer my call after 2 hours. My issues are building up (I currently have four issues that I need assistance with) and I cannot even get somebody on the phone. I cannot email them. I can't WAIT for another company to come along and take them on and watch eBay crumble. The worst company EVER! They are a monopoly and couldn't care less about their customers.
