TW wants to be a better, high end resort. The elements are here - nice location, beautiful lobby and nicely furnished rooms... But they are lacking the details and commitment to high quality service from the staff that it takes to get there, sadly. Also, too crowded. Too many building, rooms and meeting room shoved into too small a space.
