We called at 4:45 pm about a problem with the fan on our a/c. They offered to come right then and there! We didn't expect such FAST service. We did tell them though that it wasn't an emergency. The weather has cooled, and they scheduled us for first thing in the morning... they were prompt, courteous, thorough,very clean and professional appearance, and upon completion of the job, cleaned up after themselves. We received thorough explanations about the problem the technician wrote out several options with price quotes and gave explanations in detail. There was no pressure of any further purchase.
I feel very comfortable about the service that was received and WILL call on them for future needs.
