Not impressed with some of the unfriendly staff at the buffet. Friends celebrating 20th wedding anniversary (who spent over $500 in the casino today btw) denied a booth by the woman seating people who reprimanded the bus person who was clearing a booth for us in the 'Diamond' area that we did not qualify for because he did not check the receipt before promising us a booth. Then she told us to stand back behind the stand to wait to be seated on the other side of the restaurant..o.k..we get it. We are not part of the elite class even though half of our party had free buffet vouchers because they have spent so much money in the Casino.
The server was nice, but only refilled drinks once and didn't clear plates at all. The restaurant seemed short-staffed in almost every station and we had to stack our plates on the empty table next to us. We weren't in the restaurant for more than an hour when the manager came to the table and politely told us we had to leave because the restaurant was closing. We left our dessert and coffee on the table and left. Very uncomfortable.
For $30 there are better brunches at other Casinos. I will skip Harrah's next time.
