Great staff. Extremely helpful with no fuss. The 3 stars are for him.

Macy's the company gets no stars, however, as the item I wanted was actually only available online and it turns out I am unable to make any Macy's purchases online as I am only in the Sates for 6 months and they do not accept payment from either a Paypal account outside the US or a card with a billing address outside the US. WAKE UP MACY'S IT'S THE 21st CENTURY! I will obviously be shopping anywhere else forever after.
