Medical/nursing staff is excellent. Wish I could give 10 stars for that. Your VA escorts are rude, and talk down to the nurses giving directions, as if they were animals. I thought this escort was going to hit a nurse, when she gave him instructions to where to take my father. I had to step away! His behavior was horrible, and as I nurse myself, I fet terrible for that nurse, that had to tolerate that. His apology to me once on the elevator was not enough. I replied with, "I will apologize to her, for your disrespect when I see her".
