This experience was great our salesperson was wonderful and very informited on the mattres we bought. I was very reluctant to buy from Jordan's again because of my last purchase it was horrific and their customer service was awful and not very helpful. My furniture came in damaged it and could not be repaired and customer service would not help even thought it was clearly not my fault and I had to pay more for another set because the one I bought was discontinued. I am not truly a beliver of Jordans customer service, but because of this last purchase I may go back in the future. Not sure yet. ?????
