Having a short-lived employment experience at Echo Manor is paltry compared to the helpless residents who have to live a daily ordeal of abuse that's imaginable and unimaginable to the human psyche at the hands of careless, heartless high functioning sociopaths. The state had been reported on this facility twice in less than three months of my tenure . When I requested to make a formal complaint in-house I was denied in very creative ways: either the form was not available where it should have been and/or my complaints did not warrant official documentation.
Keep your loved out and take care of them as God the Father intended...at home!
