Terrible services - their sister canadian company...

Terrible services - their sister canadian company (Maersk Canada) left (or lost) our cargo in Germany - Bremenhaven harbour & we had to investigate - find it & hire another company to deliver to final destination in our own expense, although Maersk was payed for "door to door" service. We also had to pay harbour fees - every single day that our lost cargo was there.
Maersk Deutschland - refuse to communicate, didn't notify us and absolutely didn't help with anything.
Note sure who is giving them 5 stars rating - their employees...?
Stay away from them!
