These people know customer service. I had a bad jar of fruit and let them know. I did not want anything from them, just to let them know in case others in the same batch were bad. Due to this, they sent me several things to try for free and a coupon just to prove themselves. Job well done!
I had already liked their products and this just made me like them even better.
