Our stay was good but was not great . We meet so many good ppl here from Luz working at the bar Raul is the shuttle driver and Sorayah is the evening manager of F&B these are the ppl who make our stay good they were excellent on what they do went above and beyond to help us they make it right . As for the room it was nice not very clean the bathroom had some hair we founded hair in the bathtub room was not very dusted and there was something sticky on the TV stand and the desk and to add one more thing was bathtub clogged we had 1 foot of water underneath my legs . Staff was friendly for the most part . I will definitely recommend this DT to my friends and family and I will be back in the near future . Keep up the good work and make sure to use this comments to fix what's wrong in the room and rewards the ppl who did an amazing job .
