I am really impressed with the service and support and professional conduct of everybody we dealt with regarding the purchase of our 2013 RAV4. In particular the salesman was very very good. His name is KARTIK and I strongly recommend you deal with him if you have a choice. His product knowledge is second to none and he is very open and honest and forthright with his opinions on price and value. I would recommend KARTIK to anybody looking to buy a used or new Toyota. A friend of ours bought two vehicles from KARTIK and we called them and asked what their experience was like and they said just deal with KARTIK and you ll be in great hands which was the experience we got.
