The recruiting experience alongside Blu Selection was a great one, different from the HR approach I have seen in my years of experience. It was a personal treat, the consultant( Florian) was constantly in touch with me and interested in how I was feeling regarding the job and people I was meeting in the interviews, not only about the client feedback. I have appreciated the human touch. This should be the new era in recruiting, giving candidates what is theirs, meaning 50% of the power in the recruiting process.
