They are a complete waste of your time. You're better off applying on Craigslist. I have worked with other agencies that are much better in terms of communication and job offers. I understand, there may not be jobs available but you can at least keep in touch with applicants who took the time to come into your office, took the numerous assessments, applied to your job postings on your website and had conversations with you about what they were looking for in terms of job opportunities. Thank goodness I was not counting on them on finding me a position.

Tip: Keep in touch with people to at least pretend you care. And also, whoever your receptionist is is rude and dismissive, do better.
