I arrived in to Nextran Tampa Florida on Monday 11.20.2017 with two problems covered by warranty. The service advisor - Keith Goldklang told me they will look at it in hour and half, and will give me call to let me know the time frame. I never received the phone call and call the dealership around 4pm. Keith informed me they found different problem and they will fix it. He also informed me they could not duplicate my 2 original problems (truck is pulling to the right and power steering makes noise while turning) I didn t back down, and told him I will go to the shop and take mechanic with me to test drive it. Keith said alright we will take it on test drive, and see if we can found problems what you are talking about. I will call you tomorrow to let you know . I never received the phone call. Next day when I called back he informed me he has no one who can do alignment this week, but he can get it fix sometimes next Week. I told him no, I will be picking up my truck next morning and get it fix somewhere else. He said he will call me before he goes home - he never called. Today, Wednesday 11.22.17 I arrived to the Nextran at 10:15 am and Keith told me my truck is not ready, they still have to test drive it.

In short, they didn t fix any of problems what I told them to fix and kept the truck for 72 hours. They fixed something else what they found. I bought my truck a month ago it s 2018 Volvo.
