After a meet & greet just to see what the job market looked like, these kind people contacted my boss informing them I was interviewing & asked how they could help find my replacement. If you're interested in keeping your existing job, whether passively or actively looking for a new position, I'd highly recommend steering clear of this firm & their sound ethics policies.
