HONESTY..INTEGRITY..RESPECT..EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE....are the words that come to mind and best describe my recent experience with Chris Berg from Chuck Olson Kia. From the first time he contacted me after my inquiry on True Car thru my in- person visit to the lot (he came in on his off-hours to accommodate my schedule!) Best of all, despite my mom and I coming in an hour before closing and 4 hours after he had gotten off of work, Mr. Berg was unbelievably patient and allowed me to drive 5 different cars on the lot. He was the opposite of a pushy sales person and gave me tons of inside information...No pressure...No gimmicks on pricing! Best of all, he was willing to accept my Prius lease trade in for a really great price and he didn't bat an eyelash at my 680 credit score. Berg was so right to suggest the Espresso -colored Niro hybrid- this car is amazing!! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car, come see Chris Berg at Seattle Kia. Prior to coming to Chuck Olson Kia, I had looked at cars at Hyundai of Seattle and Kirkland. I had almost given up on taking Kia seriously. Luckily i managed to discover Chris Berg and the Chuck Olson dealership. This dealership was staffed with a whole different level of salesperson and the showroom looked exquisite. This was the first KIA dealership (out of three) that I went to and didn't have to tell the salespeople what they had on their own lot (from my extensive research on the net).
