They seem to follows a flow chart that I suspect they receive from a department that maximizes both revenue and the number of visits to their clinic. When in doubt, they refer you to another useless blame shifter who does nothing. Always take notes, always get an outside opinion, and have your records reviewed by a qualified, independent medical and legal team. They only do arbitration, but it is possible to pursue recourse through the California Medical Board, the Board of Registered Nurses and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
